This primacy was obtained through the continuous endeavour to supervise the company's internal processes - from the very first stage of the selection of the team-members (first of all, the translators), to the efficient control of the final product before sending it out to the customers. This became possible using a methodology which leaves no room for any misstep. Having in mind the professional, material and ethical implications, as well as the responsibility implied by the nature of medical and IT translations, the management's strategic decision was to build the company's development on the firm ground of unmitigated professionalism.
